Tru by Hilton Meridian Boise West

Stayed here on our way home to Washington state and was really impressed! Very friendly staff, extremely clean, great breakfast. The bed was comfortable. Little details like welcoming us when we walked into our room on the tv screen. The lobby was so inviting and colorful. I’ve stayed at a Tru in the Phoenix area and it did not compare to the level of excellence here! Stay here, you won’t regret it.

I want to start by saying that Tru hotels are by far my least favorite in the Hilton Brand, I think the rooms are so incredibly poorly laid out, cramped, no storage, uncomfy beds and flat pillows. With that being said my 5 star review of this hotel is strictly based on the absolutely phenomenal staff. Every interaction I had with every employee from the front desk to management to housekeeping was on the level of a 5 star hotel. They went out of their way to be helpful, accommodating and made me feel like a valued guest from the moment I walked through the door. I would 100% return to this hotel strictly based on my interaction with them.

The hotel is clean and the staff is extremely professional and friendly. My biggest complaint is the noise if your room happens to be on the freeway side of the hotel. It’s extremely noisy and all you hear is cars accelerating to get onto the freeway.

First time staying here and I must say how plesant and easy to get checked in even though we arrived a day earlier then expected and was worried it would mess everything up but Emily greeted me with a huge smile and warm welcomes stating that it was no problem and bam got to be able to get a room for the early arrival. In like less then the time it takes me to pop out a few words it's done and here are the keys ! Perfection at it's finest and the hotel well it's absolutely spot on clean and room was super clean as well . Definitely keeping this one on the list as we vist our Daughter and Son in law often and have stayed at many others but this gem this gem . You dont know what your missing. Exceptionally excellent.

We’ve stayed at multiple Hilton properties across the country, from as far as New York City and Miami to Boise, and Aedin at the Tru by Hilton Meridian Boise West location genuinely stood out during our visit. Aedin is a big reason we choose to stay here any time we come through Boise. From the moment we walked in, Aedin made us feel welcome and at ease, which immediately set the tone for an amazing stay. The care, kindness, and attention Aedin showed us did not feel scripted or like typical customer service. Every interaction was friendly, thoughtful, and helpful, and it’s clear Aedin truly cares about the guests that come visit. Because of this exceptional service, returning again is an easy decision. Tru by Hilton Meridian Boise West is incredibly fortunate to have such an outstanding employee like Aedin.

I drove into Meridian Idaho to go to a family baby shower in the morning. I had made a reservation at a hotel that was for a cheap price. When I was checking into the hotel the front desk clerk didn’t say much. I was given a room at the far end on the second floor. It was hard to find parking by that far entrance, and I didn’t feel safe with the people standing around smoking by that entrance. Once inside, I discovered there was no elevator, so I had to Carry my luggage up stairs to the second floor. The carpet on the stairs and hallway seemed old and not very clean. Inside the room, which was OK I noticed there was just a small shower stall, but no bath tub. I had brought soaking bath salts so I could take a bath after my long 5 hour drive drive, So I was very disappointed. I called the front desk to see if they had any rooms available with a bathtub, but they did not. And was able to cancel my reservation. You know the old scene,” You get what you pay for” Is very true. So I was in an unfamiliar town, tired and hungry, and looked for a hotel with good reviews. I just wanted a place that I felt safe, and could soak in a bathtub. I called Tru by Hilton Meridian Boise West Hotel and was able to reserve a room with a bathtub. When I went in the hotel to check in, I was greeted by a very friendly, kind young man named Aedin. Even though it was a very busy night for them, I felt safe and appreciated the warm welcome. Aedin was very helpful, and asked how I was doing, and even helped me with where I could find food at the late hour. The hotel was very nice, clean, friendly and my room was great! Very modern, clean and had a big bathroom with a bathtub! I’m looking forward to a good nights sleep and complimentary breakfast in the morning! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Literally, the sweetest people ever! Curt, Quin, and Ashlee were like amazing, we had an unexpected earlier flight and they got us a room ready early then planned and overall just an amazing experience! And when learning about me getting a new car we were gifted a goodie bag. Literally the most amazing customer service I have ever gotten. I will be recommending this to EVERYONE that wants to stay here. Literally amazing!!! Plus the rooms are very clean and nice, and there were no bed bugs!! :DDD

We had the best experience here for my daughter’s birthday! We stayed 2 nights and the staff were beyond nice! The general manager and everyone was so nice and polite! I don’t think I have ever had a better experience in a hotel! The general manager Ashlee was the best and for a manager to be out with staff and helping people is truly amazing! We will definitely make the trip back! Thank you so much for such an amazing time!
